1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion
  • To exercise this right, contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw
  • We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
  • If you requested service delivery to begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may be charged proportionally for services already provided

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Beyond the EU statutory right, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software products for all customers worldwide. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You ARE eligible for a refund if:

  • You request within 30 days of purchase
  • The software does not function as described on the product page
  • You experience technical issues we cannot resolve within 7 business days
  • The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase (except EU 14-day statutory right)
  • You have violated our Terms & Conditions, resulting in account termination
  • The issue is caused by unauthorized modifications you made to the deployed software
  • You provided incorrect deployment information (e.g., wrong subdomain, invalid email)

4. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Plans:

  • Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refund for the current month's payment (service remains active until period ends)
  • Data available for export for 30 days after cancellation

Yearly Plans:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase
  • Pro-rated refund if cancelled after 30 days: (Remaining full months ÷ 12) × Annual price paid
  • Example: If you paid $150/year and cancel after 4 months, refund = (8 ÷ 12) × $150 = $100
  • No pro-rated refund after 9 months of the annual term

5. How to Request a Refund

  3. Include your order number and reason for refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment
  • Any exchange rate differences between purchase and refund are borne by the payment processor's standard rates
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account and all associated services may be immediately suspended pending resolution
  • We will provide evidence to the payment provider to contest fraudulent chargebacks
  • If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, a $25 administrative fee may apply to reinstate services

8. Service Delivery

Since our products are digital software services, delivery is instant upon deployment:

  • Software is deployed within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Login credentials are sent via email
  • No physical shipping is involved
  • Access is immediate once deployment is complete

9. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  • Escalate to our management team via email — we will respond within 5 business days
  • EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • We aim to resolve all disputes amicably
