Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 24, 2026

Our Commitment

ArcNova Innovations is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Take

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and semantic elements
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard
  • Color Contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Alt Text: Images include descriptive alternative text where applicable
  • Responsive Design: Our website adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
  • Form Labels: All form inputs have associated labels or accessible names
  • Focus Indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided for keyboard users
  • Readable Fonts: We use legible font sizes (minimum 12px for secondary text, 14px+ for body content) with adequate line spacing
  • Error Identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described in text
  • Consistent Navigation: Navigation is consistent across all pages

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • Drag-and-drop interfaces: Our Kanban board uses drag-and-drop which may be difficult for some assistive technologies. Keyboard alternatives are being developed.
  • Third-party content: Some embedded content from third parties (e.g., payment forms) may not fully meet accessibility standards.
  • PDF documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these.
  • Real-time chat: The chat widget may have limited screen reader support for real-time message updates.

Our website is designed to be compatible with:
